A Swiss family-run property, the Victoria hotel combines understated sophistication with traditional Italian Charm. The large lobby is elegantly appointed with a marble floor and columns. This leads in turn to an equally elegant seating area, which is traditionally furnished with different coloured sofas, wooden furniture, coffee tables and pictures on the walls.
The décor in the 110 medium sized guestrooms varies in style, but soothing beige and blue tones tend to predominate, contrasting well with parquet floors. All the rooms are well maintained, as are the en suite bathrooms.
The hotel’s "Belisario" restaurant, located on the ground floor, serves traditional Italian food including typical regional cooking. The bar, decorated in classic 1950s style, offers an excellent selection of cocktails and delicious snacks. During the summer, the bar is located on the roof garden. From here guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the Aurelian Walls and the famous pine trees of the Villa Borghese Gardens. Weather permitting, guests can also enjoy dinner on the terrace during the summer.
