The Diana Hotel is housed in a traditional building with a gracious 1930s-style façade and an opaque glass canopy over the entrance. The medium sized lobby features a marble floor, a dark wood reception desk, lots of potted plants and a cosy sitting area furnished in classic style. The 166 rooms are decorated in a similarly elegant manner, with pastel colour schemes and parquet floors. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, telephone in the bathroom, safe and mini bar, satellite TV and pay-TV – as well as a valuable information service on the internal television circuit, describing all the cultural events taking place in Rome during the current month.
The hotel’s 7th floor restaurant is composed of two venues – the "Trompe l'oeil" and the "Design" – both of which have access to a pleasant terrace, suitable for breakfast in the morning or an aperitif in the afternoon during the summer months. The restaurant serves Italian and international cuisine, complemented by an extensive selection of wines.
The hotel’s pride and joy is its beautiful roof garden, “Oliveto.” Here, between the greenery and olive trees, customers can enjoy a view that stretches 360° over the roofs of Rome. It also has an American bar, open until late.
