Staff were extremely helpful. Location is just right for all parts of the City. The only criticism is that I wish there had been tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Room smelt slightly damp. 5 minutes walk from Colliseum, handy for many restaurants.

Though decor was a little tired this hotel was perfect for location, friendliness and breakfast.
Beautiful rooftop terrace.

I intend to make a complaint to the hotel group about the very dirty hotel. The bed pillow was dirty/smelt. I have many photo's to back up my complaint. Also building work was going on in the hotel during my stay. Note: Desk manager told me to contact them for a reduction.

Location Good, but hotel needs a revamp most URGENT.

Water temperature in shower varied a lot, made for interesting showers! No kettle in room to make coffee/tea. Otherwise excellent location for walking to sites of historical Rome.

If you are intending to visit the Sistine Chapel (via the Vatican Museum)during your stay the queues get very, very long. I advise getting there at 8am, some people queue from much earlier but the queue is not too long (300m) when we got there. 10 minutes later and it was twice as long and by the time they had opened the doors at 8.45 the end of the queue had disappeared from view.
