The Hotel dei Consoli is housed in a small, centuries old building, which has been reconstructed in the Imperial style. The detailed cornices and columns of the façade have been created by the famed master plasterers of Naples, noted for their work in the redecoration of the celebrated Reggia di Caserta. Though they vary in decorative style, the 26 guestrooms are all well refined and elegantly furnished. The hotel offers a rich Continental buffet every morning in the bright, welcoming breakfast room, which is located on the first floor and furnished red easy-chairs and wooden coffee tables.
